What Does ITB Provide?

While all parks & recreation departments have similar needs, each department is unique. Each provides particular services in varying manners to its local community demographics. These initial discussions will help to align the web site design with the department's mission and goals, and determine the form of the web site.

Design & Development

ITB will combine the needs of the department into a visually stimulating and highly informational, yet user friendly web site.

Implementation

This step includes all the technical aspects of putting a web site on the internet including:

• selecting and registering the domain name - e.g. www.yourdepartment.org
• contracting with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) - hosts your web site
• selecting and installing the software for developing and maintaining your web site

Training

No web site development is complete without training the designated staff on precisely how to maintain your web site as necessary.

Maintenance

ITB's maintenance of your web site is completely optional for additional fees. As mentioned, your staff will be trained how to take care of reoccurring updates. If however, you would like to contract with ITB to make those routine changes, or you need major changes at some point down the line, this option is always available.
